Terms & Conditions
Prior to placing an order, if you have any queries please contact us at sales@tiaracreations.com.
These terms & conditions are updated from time to time without notice to our customers
Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
Please allow up to eight weeks from the time of ordering
for delivery of your Bridal accessories. This is an estimated figure based on our
busiest periods. Please contact us on 01634 222302 for urgent enquiries with the
required date of receipt. We will do everything we can to achieve the target date
and give you an honest assessment of whether we can meet
your deadline.
Standard orders, we will contact you if there is an excessive delay
with the despatch of your goods. However, we will always make sure that your order
arrives well in advance of your wedding or other special occasion.
Products will be sent by registered post and packaged accordingly to minimise any
possible damage.
Items for refund or exchange must be returned within seven days of
receipt in their original packaging and condition along with an email/letter explaining
the reason for return by recorded delivery. Any Tiaras received without prior explanation
will not be accepted. After seven days we can offer only an exchange of goods, for
a period of 30 days after purchase. If you require a refund on a discounted item,
please note that you will be refunded the discounted price only. All returned items
must be prior to your original wedding date. If we receive an item damaged in the
post on its return it is up to the sender to claim from the Royal Mail or courier
service not Tiara Creations, this is a Royal Mail/Courier policy.
One off bespoke creations (items designed specifically for the client or not shown in the standard range and colour way) are non refundable. Visuals are an indicative image of the standard range available, so care must be taken when choosing your Tiara. Colour samples available on request.
Products found with a manufacturing defect will be refunded excluding postage but
the refund policy above must be adhered to. Products reported faulty after the seven
day period will be examined and replaced or repaired if it is found to be a manufacturing
defect. If you do not accept a replacement, or a repair a refund maybe given only
at the discretion of the Managing Director.
Refunds/replacements for items bought
as gifts can only be given / sent to the original purchaser.
